Investigation of the technical condition of buildings and structures
Based on the necessity and expediency of restoring old or unused buildings and structures in Armenia, investigation (examination) and evaluation of their technical condition became relevant. The investigation of the technical condition of buildings and structures is carried out on the basis of the "Methodological Instructions for Investigation of the Technical Condition of Residential, Public and Industrial Buildings" of the Ministry of Urban Development.
